Collagen Induction Therapy is a procedure that utilises a micro needling device to stimulate skin rejuvenation. The process creates controlled, microscopic injuries on the superficial layer of the skin which trigger the skin’s natural healing process and stimulates the productions of fundamental skin components (collagen and elastin) to keep the skin smooth, firm and blemish-free. Microneedling is suitable for all types of skin. Collagen will grow from around six weeks afterwards and continue to improve over six months.
